School Cabinet Session

At St. Joseph’s School, Malakpet, student leadership is nurtured through a unique and immersive Student Cabinet system inspired by the Indian democratic framework. This initiative provides students with a practical understanding of governance, fostering responsibility and critical thinking in a real-world context.

The Head Boy and Head Girl assume the prestigious roles of President and Prime Minister, while other cabinet members take on ministerial responsibilities, ensuring every aspect of school life is represented and managed efficiently.

Student Leaders

Designed to mirror the functioning of a parliamentary system, the school conducts structured sessions such as the Monsoon and Winter Sessions. During these periods, the cabinet engages in rigorous debate, policy review, and decision-making processes that directly impact the student body.

This hands-on experience prepares our students to become conscientious leaders. By navigating the complexities of a democratic system, they develop civic awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
